I was talking with a new customer yesterday and she was telling me when her children were young she would play a game with the extracts with them. The children would close their eyes and she would let them smell the extract, if they correctly named the extract's such as lemon, coconut, orange etc they would get a point and whatever child won would pick out the extract to bake with. She told me they loved to play this game! What a fun game to play with your kids! Her kids at grown up now but her some of her grandchildren are getting to the age to enjoy this game so she is starting her extract collection again! She loves all the new ones!
