4 strips bacon, fried and crumbled

Shredded cheddar cheese
In medium skillet, sauté first two ingredients; add bacon. Pour eggs
into skillet and cook until set. Sprinkle with Omelet & Soufflé
Seasoning. Fill each warmed flour tortilla with egg mixture. Top with
desired amount of Tropical Salsa and cheese, roll up and place in
baking dish. Heat in oven or microwave until cheese melts.
